Refund policy

Our policy permits exchanges exclusively, not returns.

However, we entertain exchange requests solely for instances of damage or defect on the delivered products. Our exchange policy extends for 3 days from the date of receipt, during which you may request an exchange in the event of damage or defect. Approval for returns in these cases necessitates photos and an unboxing video submitted within 3 days from delivery. Upon Quality Control (QC) approval, we facilitate a free exchange or provide a full refund.

We strongly advise reviewing the size chart before placing your order to mitigate any inconvenience. Please note, there are no refunds in cases of color or size changes.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, with tags intact, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiate a return process by contacting us at info@cloquest.com.. If your return request is approved, we will furnish you with a return shipping label and comprehensive instructions. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and issues- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges- The most efficient method to obtain the desired item is to return the current one and proceed with a separate purchase for the new item. A return shipping charge will be applicable for exchanges due to preferences or size changes.

Refunds- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process  refund.
