Shipping policy

Cloquest ships its products to nearly all regions of India, typically within 7-10 working days. Orders are dispatched within 3-4 working days. Dispatch operations are conducted on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.

For areas served by reputable couriers, delivery usually occurs within 3 to 4 business days after shipping (excluding Sundays and other holidays). In regions where courier services are not available, products are shipped via India Post, with delivery times ranging from 1-2 weeks based on location. Occasionally, unforeseen delays may arise in the delivery process due to logistical challenges beyond our control. In such cases, Cloquest  cannot be held liable, and we appreciate your cooperation as we strive to mitigate such occurrences.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion if delivery exceeds the standard timeframe or if the shipment becomes untraceable. In such instances, we will promptly refund the amount paid for the canceled product(s) to your original payment method.
